Processing Time
Once payment is received for both the order and shipping invoice, orders are processed and shipped within the following timeframes:
- Simple orders (1-3 bowls): 2–3 business days
- Medium orders (4-11 bowls): 2–5 business days
- Large orders (12+ bowls or special tuning): 2–7 business days
These timeframes reflect when your package leaves our store and is picked up by the carrier.
If you have a specific timing need or deadline, let us know when placing your order. We’re happy to explore expedited shipping options. Processing time may vary based on current order volume.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We find the best rate for you by comparing UPS, FedEx, and USPS to balance cost with delivery speed. We typically save 25–80% compared to retail shipping rates and pass those savings directly to you. Shipping costs are passed through at cost with no markup. Shipping costs will be calculated and invoiced separately after your order is confirmed. Orders will not ship until the shipping invoice is paid.
Estimated shipping range (2025): $30–80 per box, depending on your location and distance from our warehouses.
- Near a warehouse: As low as $30 per box
- Long-distance shipping: Up to $80 per box
These are estimates. Actual costs may vary due to carrier rate changes, holidays, and other factors.
Packaging: Bowls 6”–12” ship in boxes up to 18” x 18” x 18”. We typically nest 1–3 bowls per box for safe transport.
